Pricing and Availability
- Rates, taxes, and service charges can change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
- Published amenities and services are subject to temporary operational limitations.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Accommodation bookings are non-refundable once payment is made.
- Event deposits, wellness passes, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Rescheduling or reuse credit may be considered only under the Cancellation and Refund Policy, and remains subject to availability.
