Accommodation is non-refundable. Events, wellness services, and other paid offerings follow the policy terms below, including credit/reschedule rules where applicable.

1. General Principle
All payments made to GLADS Apartments are confirmation of reservation.
Accommodation payments are strictly non-refundable.
2. Accommodation Bookings
All room payments are 100% non-refundable including cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or personal changes.
60-Day Reuse Credit
Bookings may be rescheduled or issued reuse credit only, subject to availability and internal approval.
Cash refunds are not issued under this option.
3. No-Show
Failure to arrive without notice marks the booking as consumed and voids the credit option.
4. Events and Conference
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation within 14 days requires full payment.
One postponement is allowed within 30 days, subject to availability.
5. Wellness and Packages
All passes and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. Payment Charges
Bank and gateway fees are non-refundable.
7. Refund Method
Bookings may be rescheduled or issued credit only; cash refunds are not issued.
8. Agreement
By making payment, the client agrees to this policy.
